Sakura Again...
Added one new DIV Layers layout. Gawd! I can't believe I did 2 Sakura from Card Captor Sakura layouts in a row! And it's still pink! I'm really taking this "girly" layouts too seriously... Oh, well. It's blindingly pink, I know. Hope you get past that and like it!

Bug Fixes and Announcements
Hello, everybody! No new additions today. I'd just like to announce some important things...
PS Brush Sets. I just noticed that there was an error in downloading the brushes (and it took me a while too). I am so sorry about that and you can now download them.
Affiliation. One spot became available for you to fill out. Since Black Cat Café is no longer with us, Affiliation is again opened. Anyone who is interested, please don't hesitate to apply.
Web Awards. Don't miss the biggest event of this site's history. We are currently accepting site nominations so just keep submitting your sites and win great prizes!
WebMaster Login. I specifically said that the Admin page is strictly for me only. Why do I keep getting these reports of people trying to access that page?!? It just never siezes to amaze me how stubborn people can be. I really hate banning people but I was not bluffing when I said that. There are a lot of things here for you to get your hands on so focus your attention on them.

PHP Include Madness
Added 2 new PHP tutorials. The first one is entitled PHP Includes and it teaches you how to make it easier to change the layout of your site. A lot of people probably already knew this but it's required for my second tutorial, PHP Dynamic Includes (Adam, this is for you). I'll teach you how to make your links be like the links here (look at your left and mouseover the links if you're so dense).
Anyways, just to let you know: I'd like to keep the contents of this site mine. I do not accept any kind of submissions and I don't want to be a "staff" of any other graphics site. I'm quite content the way this site goes. Thanks for the offers though.
