New DIV Layers Design
I was supposed to post this yesterday but I had internet problems. It's fixed now so here it is...
After over a year, I've finally added another layout in the DIV Layers section. It features Asuka from the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. Its the first time I've made a design that relies solely on CSS. Hope you like it.

Congrats on the CSS layout part. I think the structure of this design is quite nice but for the content part, the colours look a bit dull.
