Some stuff here are off-limits. These are: the written content, coding and images used in the layout or web design of this site. This means that plagiarism is not permitted and you are not allowed to copy the source or take the images used in the web design (whether old or current) of Blinding-Light.COM to use in another design.
All files made available for download here are distributed as linkware. They are free for the taking as long as you link back to Blinding-Light.COM and use them on a non-commercial site. You are not allowed to redistribute or make them available for download outside Blinding-Light.COM. Direct linking to any of the download files here is also prohibited.
The Free Web Layouts are licensed under a Creative Commons License. You may not use the source of the web layouts provided here as a template for you to make a layout of your own. The images that come with the free web layouts may not be used on a different design.
Blank templates for Avatars & Buttons are only for personal use. You may not put your own images in them and then offer them up for download.
Some files were compressed and will require WinZip, WinRAR or any decompression program to open. Zip files come with a readme.txt file. For more information and if you need help, refer to that file first.
